Art. 3. https://www.pandamore.eu is an online store, with the web address https://www.pandamore.eu, through which Users may conclude agreements for the purchase and delivery of goods offered by the online store, including the following actions:
Register and create a personal customer profile to view and purchase the products offered by https://www.pandamore.eu and use the additional services offered by the Company,
To make electronic contacts regarding the conclusion of contractual relations with https://www.pandamore.eu through its website.
To conclude commercial agreements for the purchase and delivery of goods offered by ELECTRONIC SHOP,

Article 4. The Supplier undertakes to guarantee the rights of users and the delivery of goods in accordance with the letter of the law and the conditions acceptable in practice and in accordance with consumer and commercial legislation.
Article 5 (1) Users shall conclude an agreement for the purchase and sale of the goods offered on the website https://www.pandamore.eu, which is accessible on its internet address or other means of distance communication.
(2) In accordance with the agreement concluded between the Supplier and Users for the purchase and sale of goods, the Supplier is obliged to deliver and transport the goods selected by the User from the website https://www.pandamore.eu.
(3) The User shall pay the Supplier a monetary fee for the delivered goods in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. The amount shall be the price of the goods as announced by the Supplier at https://www.pandamore.eu.
(4) The Supplier undertakes to deliver all goods selected by the User within the time and according to the terms announced by the Supplier on the webshop page and in accordance with the general terms and conditions described herein.
Article 6 (1) The User and the Supplier agree that all agreements and payments between them related to the execution and conclusion of the purchase contract may be made electronically and through electronic agreements, in accordance with the Electronic Documents and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
(2) All electronic requests submitted by users of the website shall be deemed to be submitted by the persons indicated in the information provided by the user when registering on the website. Requests are considered valid if the User has entered his/her username and password to access his/her account on the Website.
III. RULES OF USE OF https://www.pandamore.eu
Art. 7. (1) In order to be able to use the services of https://www.pandamore.eu, when concluding agreements for the purchase of goods, the User must use his/her username and password to access his/her account. This is done in cases where the online store requires registration.
(2) The User determines the name and password with which to register his/her customer account. This is done by completing an account registration form online on the Vendor's website.
(3) The user declares that he/she is aware of these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them when completing his/her customer profile. This is done by clicking on the "Yes, I accept" and "Register" buttons.
(4) The Provider, in turn, undertakes to confirm the existence of the User's individual customer profile by confirming his/her registration on the website. For this purpose, a letter with information on the activation and confirmation of registration is sent by sending a notification letter to the e-mail address provided by the User.
The confirmation of the registration by the Recipient is done by activating a link in the letter to notify the Provider that the registration has been confirmed. Upon receipt of the confirmation, a customer profile of the User is created and commercial agreements or other contractual relations between the User and the Provider may be entered into.
(5) The User shall be obliged to provide true and up-to-date data upon registration. In addition, he/she is obliged to update the data provided during registration if there is a change in them.
(6) If the registration of the user is made through a social networking site or other network, the person who is the owner of the account used for the registration shall be deemed to be a party to the contractual relationship. In addition, the Provider has the right to access the User's data for the purpose of identifying the latter on the respective network.
Article 8. Both parties agree that the e-mail address provided by the User upon registration as a user of the Website, as well as any subsequent address provided by the User as a form of communication between the User and the Provider, is the "main e-mail address" within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions.
The User is absolutely free to change his/her main contact email address at any time, while informing the Provider of this change by means of a change request.
(2) Change of e-mail address
If a request to change the main contact email address is received, the Provider will send a message confirming the change. The message is sent to the User at the new main email address provided, and only after confirmation by activating a link sent in the Provider's letter. Only then is the change considered valid.
(H) Security
In order to ensure security, the Provider shall inform the User as soon as possible that the main contact email address has changed, by an email addressed to the User's main email address, before changing it in accordance with paragraph 2.
(4) The Provider shall not be liable to the User for any unauthorized change of the Main Contact email address.
(5) The Provider has the right to ask the User to use the email address of the Main Communication in certain cases.
IV. CONDITIONS FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE CONTRACT
Art. 9. (1) Users primarily use the website https://www.pandamore.eu to purchase and enter into a business relationship with the Supplier for the purchase or sale of goods offered by the Supplier at the same web address.
(2) The contract shall be concluded in the Bulgarian language.
(3) The contract between the Provider and the User constitutes these General Terms and Conditions, which are described at https://www.pandamore.eu.
(4) The User is accepted as a party to the contract with the Provider through the data provided upon registration and contained in the User's personal customer profile. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the data with which the User's customer profile has been created on the Provider.
(5) The Provider undertakes to provide on its website the means for the technical detection and correction of errors in the input of information prior to the conclusion of the contract between the two parties.
(6) The Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded between the two parties immediately after the User registers on the Provider's website.
(7) The Provider is obliged to explicitly inform the User about the conclusion of this contractual agreement. The notification shall be made electronically.
(8) Confirmation and declaration of the conclusion of the contract between the parties shall be deemed to have taken place as soon as the recipients have received the notifications and accessed them.(9) The Supplier shall be obliged to deliver the goods to the address indicated by the User and shall not be liable if the information provided for delivery is false or misleading.
Art. 10. The Supplier and the User shall conclude contractual agreements for the purchase and sale of goods following the following procedure:
(1) Registration.
The User creates his account by registering in the Online Shop and provides the necessary contact and delivery data to the Supplier.
(2) Ordering goods
The ordering of goods is done by logging into the ordering system of the Online Store with a name and a password for identification.
The selection of goods offered by the Online Store is made by adding them to a list of goods to be purchased,
(3) Receipt and delivery of the goods
The receipt and delivery of goods by the User is carried out by providing the delivery details, indicating the method and time of payment of the purchase and confirming the order,
V. SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER; CONSUMER PROTECTION
Art. 11. The rules of Section VI of these General Terms and Conditions are applied by the Provider to the Users who, according to the personal data provided for the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement when registering on https://www.pandamore.eu, are admitted as consumers in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the E-Commerce Act and/or Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
Art. 12. (1) The characteristics of the products offered by the Supplier are specified in the profile of each product on the Website.
(2) All prices of the Goods shall include taxes. The amount is indicated on each item separately per unit.
(3) The cost of postage and transportation is not included in the price of the goods.
